About Us

Corporate Legal Education is a specialist education company designed to demystify, clarify and bring an understanding of law to non lawyers.

Corporate Legal Education works with businesses to identify areas of risk and provide a comprehensive, training programme to manage that risk. We work with your staff, your documents and your corporate culture to ensure programmes are meaningful, relevant and tailored to your employees. From the back and front office staff, through middle management to the executive level, knowledge and understanding of laws that impact on daily working life is required.

Corporate Legal Education presenters and facilitators are all qualified lawyers with commercial and corporate law experience. They understand how the law affects businesses, and the commercial consequences of a lack of compliance. The training programmes are designed to provide staff with an increased awareness of legal issues that affect them in the workplace, and support materials to complement the training and to refer to following training.
