Our Services

Corporate Legal Education offers two types of training packages for your organisation. You can choose from customised tailored packages to suit your individual needs or pre-prepared packages which have a general application for all organisations.

Tailored packages

Corporate Legal Education will develop, produce and present a total training package for your organisation, addressing any areas of concern - to your staff in areas around legislation, using cases relating to your work environment and practical examples that your staff can relate to. Some areas where you might consider our training include:

the general principles of contract law and understanding the contracts your staff work with on a daily basis;
understanding your insurance products, responsibilities and disclosure obligations;
risk management and risk identification;
preparation of evidence for court, and general principles of evidence law;
obligations under corporations law;
property law principles and practice;
general disclosure obligations;
relevant legislation to your industry; or
understanding and interpreting legislation.

We work with you to identify areas in which training programmes can assist, and what documents are relevant to your staff. In addition, if you require training on certain matters, we are able to assist with up to date information regarding that area of law.

Pre-prepared packages

While we primarily provide tailored training programmes for your organisation, we also understand there are some areas of law that affect all businesses. As such, we have developed more general training packages, covering such areas as accountable and ethical decision making, occupational health and safety, equal opportunity training, freedom of information laws and Privacy Act compliance.
